West Cheshire College is currently trying to source vocationally competent, qualified (NVQ) Assessors to support learners working towards Contact Centre qualifications in a variety of locations in the Cheshire and Warrington area.

West Cheshire College is currently trying to source vocationally competent, qualified (NVQ) Assessors to support learners working towards Contact Centre qualifications in a variety of locations in the Cheshire and Warrington area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years recent experience working in a Contact Centre environment and the A1 (D32/D33) qualification. Further assessing or verifying qualifications would be an advantage as would assessing experience. You must have an understanding of the needs of the industry and have good communication skills, as well as an enthusiasm for helping others acquire skills and fulfil their potential. You must undertake an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check if appointed. These posts are available on a flexible basis and will involve travel to workplaces to undertake assessments.
