A Call For Good News Stories!

As CallNorthWest continues to grow and move forward we want to take the opportunity to not only strengthen relationships with our members but to also work a lot more closely with our supporters from within the call and contact centre industry in order to tackle those bigger issues which are impacting on the image of the sector as a whole.

Therefore, we want to publicise and circulate as much good news about our industry as possible. To that end, we would like to invite all of our members to forward any articles and positive news or information that we can share with our sector in order to demonstrate just how much the call and contact centre industry has achieved and the opportunities that are available to further strengthen the image of the North West as an attractive location to not only work as a contact centre employee but to run and operate a successful call or contact centre business.
