By ensuring your employees have the right skills to do the best job, Train to Gain can help boost productivity and keep you ahead of the competition.

This funding can be accessed by any companies who have less than 5,000 employees. The learners in these companies must be 19 years or older, and must have lived in the EU or the UK for at least three years (excluding full time education). Learners must also not already possess a Level 2 qualification or equivalent (5 GCSE’s Grade A-C).

Training available, in almost all NVQ Level 2 (fast track to level 3 in certain cases) including:

Treating Customers Fairly
Contact Centre Operations
Call Handling
Customer Service
