FREE NVQ Training

CallNorthWest has been informed that up to 1,000 Government funded training places are being offered free and delivered via accredited NVQ assessors – normally costing up to £1,200 per person. Programmes are available to Contact Centres Customer Service, IT and Business Administration operations.

Qualifications (NVQ’s Level 2) included are:
- Customer Service
- IT
- Business Administration
- Team Leading
Benefits: More productive staff, feeling their important to the business, better retention. Assessment leads to better performance
Nationally recognised qualifications that complement and enhance training already offered by organisations
Programmes are expected to be completed within 4-6 months and have been designed so that delivery will require minimum off-line time.
Eligibility: Ideally candidates over 23 years of age
Contact Centre with over 50 seats
Closing date / offer – We are looking to secure 1000 places within the 6 weeks from 1st July 2006.
