How do I pay?
You are required to pay the full Annual Subscription fee in one instalment, this can be via
invoice (quoting a purchase number), or via cheque payable to ‘UCLan Business Services Ltd’, or payment can be made via credit card.

What happens if the number of seats in my centre increases / decreases during my Annual Subscription?
Annual Subscription to CallNorthWest is based on the number of seats your organisations has when you first sign up, this will only be subject to change at your renewal date.

What does ‘individual subscription mean’?
If you are working for a contact centre and your employee is unable to cover the cost of the Annual Subscription, or if you have worked for a contact centre and are currently out of work you are entitled to individual subscription. Consultants or Suppliers to the sector will not be eligable for 'individual subscription'.

We are a Not for Profit Organisation, what fee do we pay?
If you are a Not for Profit Organisation you are eligible for the Government Body / Industry Support Group rate.

Our organisation sells IT equipment to contact centres however we also have a small contact centre ourselves, what annual fee do we pay?
If your organisation is joining to develop contact centre staff then you will pay the contact centre fee, however if your organisation is joining as a solution provider then you will be asked to pay the solution provider fee.

Who will have access to my contact details when I join?
CallNorthWest will not sell your data to any third parties, your details will be used for CNW purposes only.

Can organisations based outside of the North West join CallNorthWest?
Any organisation working in, or supporting the contact centre sector, can join CallNorthWest as an Annual Subscriber, however events will be located within the North West only.

Can I change the people who attend the Monthly Forum Events?
Yes, organisations are allocated a number of spaces at Forum events. (depending on their size and subject to availability.) You can then decide who you wish to attend depending on the event topic. Should you require additional places, CallNorthWest can offer these at a reduced rate for Annual Subscribers.

Can I swap a Forum Event for a Specialist Event?
Unfortunately not.

Can I attend an event for free to see what it is like before I subscribe?
You can attend one Forum Event, as a guest of a CallNorthWest team member for free – this is by invitation only. We are however unable to offer free places to Specialist Events.

Is the TEAF membership included in the Annual Subscription rate?
TEAF was a trial and only ran until 31st March 2006. The only ‘membership’ that applies now is that to CallNorthWest. Annual Subscribers will receive a 30% discount on all specialist events (including TEAF Events).
