When can I apply for 2012?
Entries for 2012 will open on April 1st, 2012 and close on June 30th, 2012. To register your interest email events@callnorthwest.org.uk and we will keep you up to date.
About the Organisers: CallNorthWest
Since 2003, CallNorthWest has been actively working with the North West’s call and contact centres, striving to support the
critical success factors that drive the sector to achieve 'excellence' and working to overcome the barriers to high performance.
Through the support of the University of Central Lancashire and its members, CallNorthWest has become the largest regional network of contact centres in the UK with a membership that continues to grow year on year.
The North West Contact Centre Awards programme is now in its 6th year and aims to recognise and reward the contributions made by individuals and organisations as they continually strive to achieve 'excellence'. The awards are now firmly established as the benchmark for 'excellence' throughout the North West Contact Centre Sector.
Aim: To highlight and reward ‘Excellence’ in North West Call and Contact Centres.
How do I sponsor an award for 2012?
The gala dinner is the social event of the CallNorthWest calendar where 500 guests are expected to attend the dinner and awards ceremony. The past 2 years have been a sell out and we expect 2012 to be as popular as ever! There are a range of ways that you can support the awards including category, event, champagne reception, table centre piece and table wine sponsorship. Member organisations receive 20% discount off sponsorship rates and discounts on tables! How do I become a judge?
Applications for 2011 are closed however you can register your interest in judging for the 2012 Awards by emailing us at events@callnorthwest.org.uk. For a list of judging benefits read the benefits of judging.
How do I become a CallNorthWest member?
You do not have to be a CallNorthWest member to enter the awards, however Annual membership is available from just £445 +vat. To learn more about the benefits of CallNorthWest membership read our membership offer or contact the membership team.
