I cant find the answer to my question here, (email or call us)
What is the purpose? To highlight and reward ‘Excellence’ in North West Call and Contact Centres.
Who can enter? The awards are open to all call and contact centres that operate any in-bound or out-bound
customer management operation, employing more than 5 people, with a base in the North West.
Why should I enter? We know you are achieving great things and deserve recognition for these achievements. The awards are a
celebration of the call and contact centre sector in the North West. So often the sector is portrayed in a negative manner
and
the awards have gone a long way to re-dress the balance and promote the image of the sector, gaining media
coverage in
regional press. Entering the awards will raise your profile and show your staff, customers and community, that
you are
committed to achieving 'excellence'. Your staff will feel like stars on the night, as CallNorthWest likes to make a
fuss of all the deserved finalists!
How much does it cost? The awards are FREE for all to enter.
How do I apply? Easy, complete a nomination form using 2000 words or less, the criteria will spell out what we are
looking for and the weighting for each area. You can enter as many categories as you want, with up to 3 nominations in
each category.
I don’t know who to nominate? Why not open it up to your team, see who they think deserves to be nominated,
you will find get some great reasons why and could use these in your submission.

How are the awards judged?
The awards are judged in two phases. Phase one results in the short list of finalists, these are judged by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum. This phase of judging is based 100% on the written application you submit. The short list for finalists will be announced on the 18th August 2007 on the CallNorthWest website. The finalists will then be contact and an appoinment set for the second phase of judging. This will take place either at your centre or at a central location. The judges for phase two are made up of a panel (usually 3) of Call and Contact Centre Professionals from the North West and will include a CallNorthWest representative. The visit/meet will last one hour and each judge will score the centre/individual independantly. The second phase (visit/meet) will account for 60% of the overall mark with phase one accounting for 40% of the overall score. The winner will be determine by the centre/individual with the highest score over the two phases. The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on the 16th October 2008.
