Building upon the experiences of the Market Intelligence and Business Support Policy Task Groups set up in 2004, CallNorthWest is the only
North West
source that is able to offer a range of advice, guidance, information and research dedicated to the call and contact centre sector.
These services are often utilised by organisations seeking to locate a new centre, or grow an existing centres within the
North West
. CallNorthWest aims to work closely with contact centres to develop and support their operations through providing information to support all strategic making decisions.
The team is also continuing to work with partners in providing a service to help attract national and international organisations to locate in the
